Customer Service
JOB SUMMARY:

• Provides information to customers, based on specific questions.
• Recognizes and acts on opportunities to engage the customer in discussions of additional services; may be required to visit accounts off-site.
• Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, results and recommendations relating to all activities.
• Liaise with operations department to ensure that customer requirements are clear and met.
• Consult with clients after transaction to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Answer customer inquiries.
• Proactive response to service issues.
• Other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company.

SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Well-organized, ambitious and client service oriented.
Good Excel/MS Office skills expected.
Proactive attitude in following up issues with customers, carriers.
Strong analytical, organizational, communicational and problem solving skills.
High level of attention to detail and customs compliance requirements.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment;
Must have the ability to continuously prioritize workload;
Must be able to handle fast-paced environments.
